Elim Welfare Town is it isn't the largest welfare facility of its kind in Asia. It was built on 20,000 pyung of land (approximately 17 acres), with a budget of 150 million won (approximately $23,000,000). Modern facilities have provided a comfortable living experience for senior citizens and youth. Also in operation are first class training facilities and equipment for the less fortunate youth.
